As a logical consequence after the Profibus-DP CANopen gateway, LARsys developed a flexible fieldbus coupling between CAN bus and ProfiNet-IRT. The data is passed on in both directions in a completely transparent manner. Thanks to two RJ45 connectors, a line topology (daisy chain) is also supported. The configuration takes place conveniently by means of a CSV file using Microsoft Excel.
